Our Mission Statement
• To provide deed-restricted affordable housing and a community lifestyle to veterans and seniors, offering several floor-plan options to downsize to an easily-manageable cottage, allowing them to live independently, age in place, and yet be among others to abate loneliness.
• To provide fair housing and support for those facing homelessness, those in the workforce, LGBTQ, those with section 8 vouchers and the physically or mentally challenged/impaired.
